Recently, I designed a backsplash for a lovely couple who live in a Spanish style home in Kennewick, WA.
They originally had a laminate counter top and when their granite was installed by Fineline {through Costco} there was a 3" gap between their existing backsplash and new granite counter.
I helped suggest that they do their windowsill in the matching granite material, and went about designing their backsplash.
The perimeter is a liner from Bedrosians, and the porcelain tile above is a 6.5"x6.5" tile from Florida Tile.
A beautiful new backsplash that keeps the character of the home and yet does not distract from their decedent granite counter.
