valuable life lesson you learned in 2012.
I have had the opportunity to be around the cancer center and volunteer teach children about cancer. However I've learned so much more from them and their parents about how precious and valuable our one life is.
Don't live in the past, as it makes you depressed and bitter, nor too far in the future (which I'm guilty of) because it makes you anxious...
rather live in the present, be present and don't fret about the past nor the future.
Here's to 2013.
